Course Description:
A study in using statistical methods for the purpose of identifying and correcting problems in industrial processes.

Student Learning Outcomes:
Students will be able to:

Apply a systematic approach to statistical problem solving.
Use various statistical quality tools to separate the many process inputs that do not affect the process output from those that do.
Demonstrate the ability to statistically evaluate the identified few critical process inputs to arrive at the root cause of problems.
