CITC 2370 - Mobile IT Support

Course Description:
Designed to prepare students to assist with common issues that may arise with mobile devices in an IT support environment. The course will allow students to develop the skills to support smartphones and accompanying desktop software.

Configure mobile to device to connect to corporate email.
Configure mobile device to sync with local calendar.
Define mobile security implications.
Troubleshoot mobile devices.
Explain wireless technologies.
