Prerequisites: METC 1340 - HVAC I: Intro to HVAC/Refrigeration or Permission of Instructor
Course Description: An introduction to low temperature refrigeration systems used in the food and/or agriculture industry.
Student Learning Outcomes: Students will be able to:
Competency 1: Define and discuss critically charged refrigeration systems.
Competency 2: Explain various troubleshooting methodologies used in the commercial refrigeration industry.
Competency 3: Demonstrate mastery of interpreting and communicating manufacturers’ technical documentation.
