CIVT 2400 - Hydrology/Site Design-Civil 3D

Course Description:
An advanced level course designed to use students’ prior knowledge of drafting, surveying, and hydrology in the subdivision and development of property. Topics include storm water runoff and water and sewer systems, street pattern variables and intersections, site planning, utilities, and earthwork calculations. Students will be required to present work using Civil 3D software.

Estimate the amount of storm water runoff at various point on a piece of property
Design a storm water system to handle calculative runoff
