- Analyze sweeteners, flours, tougheners, and liquids used in baking.
- Understand the mixing methods in baking
- Prepare crusts and pie fillings for Pie making
- Prepare, Bake, and decorate various cakes
- Bake Puff pastries
- Prepare and bake cookies from a drop or rolled method.
