WELD 1382 - Pattern Development
Credit hours: 3
Pattern development has an emphasis on the processes and practical applications pattern development and layout. Students are introduced to the tools of the trade, triangulation, radial line principles, parallel lines, and geometric construction.
Student Learning Outcomes:
Students will be able to:
- Compare and contrast parallel line, radial line, and triangulation.
- Sketch and construct complex forms using radial lines and triangulation.
- Transfer pattern development concepts into practical problem solving applications.
