Program Description: The Production and Logistics Technology Program (PLT) will address training the dislocated and non-skilled worker by developing a core base knowledge in production and logistics.

This Production and Logistics Technology Program in its entirety is 864 hours. It is designed in modular increments with 12 nationally recognized industry credentials as exit points. This modular approach allows the program to be adaptable to existing industry for incumbent worker training. Using most on-line components with Computer Aided Training, the program or portions of the program can be adapted to train within an industry setting focusing on production and logistics.

Program Outcomes: The Production and Logistics Technology program provides theory and “hands-on” training necessary for work in a variety of fields. It is the Mission of the Production and Logistics Technology program to provide the student with the basic theories, principles, lab training, and real work experiences necessary to succeed as a professional in the manufacturing and logistics fields.
