Program Description: The Industrial Maintenance and Electricity program is designed to help meet the identified need for trained and skilled maintenance electricity technicians. Incorporating classroom instruction and shop learning experience utilizing actual equipment and/or related training devices, the IME program is designed in its entirely for the technology student who is preparing for a career in industry. The IME program is five trimesters (432 hours each) in length with three core trimesters, after completing the core requirements students will select two of the four elective programs of study in which they will spend one trimester (432 hours) per elective.

Program Outcomes: After acquiring the Industrial Maintenance Apprentice Certificate, Industrial Maintenance Apprentice II Certificate, Industrial Maintenance Diploma and successful completion of two electives, students will earn their Industrial Maintenance Technician Diploma.
