Course Description:
This course examines basic statistical theories, concepts, and techniques and there applications in business.

Student Learning Outcomes:
Students will be able to:

Develop for business use an understanding of various descriptive and inferential statistics in decision making.
Calculate probabilities under varying conditions, including the use of discrete and continuous probability distributions.
Use measures of central tendency and dispersion from samples to estimate the characteristics of a population and conduct various hypothesis tests.
