Course Description: Pipefitters use many kinds of simple and advanced mathematics to calculate lengths, volumes and weights. The applied mathematics involved includes geometry, ratios, trigonometry, and algebra. The students will learn to calculate takeouts, lay perform special angle cuts, and determine the different sides of a figure or an offset.
