Course Description:
Provide an overview of rules, regulations and safety not only at the College of Applied Technology but also in the Hospitality and Culinary Technology program.

Student Learning Outcomes:

Familiarize the student with the rules and regulations of the College of Applied Technology.
Familiarize the student with the rules and regulations of the Hospitality and Culinary Technology Program.
Familiarize the student with the safety aspects of working with office equipment, computers and peripheral devices.
Familiarize the student with the safety aspects of the College of Applied Technology campus.
