Course Description: This course provides the student with a foundational understanding of safety practices and regulations in an industrial workplace. Included in the course content is workplace safety requirements, common causes of electrical and general workplace accidents, and a deeper examination of the role OSHA and federal and state agencies play in regulating workplace safety.
