Course Description:
Provides instruction on RSLogix 5000 to PanelView Plus communications and application creation and editing allowing the PLC to interact with humans through the HMI color touch screen.

Student Learning Outcomes:
Upon completion the student will understand and have the ability to apply the principles of:

PanelView Plus terminal to PLC connections, terminal projects, and terminal operations
PanelView Plus numeric input / output, editing displays
Terminal application creation and downloading
PLC Tags enabling communication between the PLC and the HMI
Local messages, alarms and diagnostic messages, and information messages
