- Define, provide examples, and understand tradeoffs for each of the factors of production (Land, Labor, Capital, Management)
- Understand trends in land value and ownership
- Identify basic farm management tasks
- Understand the financial drivers associated with farm management
- Identify when, where, and how to collect data on farm efficiency
