Program Description:

This program is designed to prepare students to enter the Information Technology (IT) field in an entry-level position as well as enhance the skills of students already employed in the field. The program provides the instruction necessary to develop the skills needed to install, configure and manage up to and including enterprise level IT systems infrastructure.

Program Outcomes:

To develop comprehensive troubleshooting abilities in Computer repair, Networking, Telecommunications, Security, and Server Maintenance. To facilitate learning at levels that will enable the student to obtain certification in A+, Network+, Security+, C-Tech, and MCSA. To instill in the student, a high level of technical knowledge and ethical values as needed in the IT industry. To obtain, at minimum, an entry level position in the Information Technology industry.
