Course Description:
This course is an introduction to the fundamentals of designing fixtures and tooling used in various manufacturing processes.
Student Learning Outcomes:
Students will be able to:
- Define the various materials used in the manufacture of tooling and fixtures.
- Design various work-holding jigs and fixtures.
- Design a basic injection mold.
