Course Description:
Construction Estimating/Project Management is a study of construction estimating techniques and applications related to technical aspects required for quality material take-offs in construction estimate preparation.
Student Learning Outcomes:
Students will be able to:
- Understand and utilize the fundamental principles of construction estimating.
- Provide students with an understanding of how to prepare estimates.
- Understand the relationships of estimating, scheduling, and project management.
