A study of the Lean Production System method of waste reduction and systems management.
Student Learning Outcomes:
Students will be able to:
- Demonstrate an understanding of the basic principles of Lean Manufacturing Systems.
- Apply Lean tools and techniques.
- Demonstrate the ability to identify the seven wastes in a production system.
