Course Description:
A study of statistics as it is used in manufacturing to improve and control processes.
Student Learning Outcomes:
Students will be able to:
- Demonstrate the use of the seven basic quality tools used in a production system.
- Apply basic statistics to determine statistical significance.
- Apply statistical process control to processes whose inspections produce variable and attribute data.
