ENST 2352 - Industrial Supervision

Course Description:
This course includes the basics of supervision to prepare new or potential first-line supervisors to lead and manage work and workers in industry.
Student Learning Outcomes:
Students will be able to:
- Demonstrate an understanding of the job requirements of leading a team of workers in an industrial environment.
- Demonstrate the knowledge of the role of human behavior as it relates to the work place.
- Demonstrate teambuilding and teamwork maintenance skills.
