Course Description:
Define and understand pathologies for each body system, pathologies specific to the leg, foot, and hand, areas of emphasis for common pathologies, biomechanics of the foot/gait, structural analysis, and chart notation and documentation. 

Student Learning Outcomes:

  • Describe and identify the Skeletal, Muscular, Nervous, Cardiovascular, Integumentary, Endocrine, Lymphatic, Respiratory, Digestive, Urinary and Reproductive Pathologies.  

  • Know and locate common pathologies seen on the feet and hands. 

  • Understand the properties of gait. 

  • Understand how to do proper documentation after a session. 

  • Demonstrate the ability to interview a client and then perform a reflexology session based on the client’s needs.
