Course Description: The field-training portion of the online program is designed to prepare the student to work as a Nutrition & Foodservice Professional in foodservice at an assisted living facility, nursing home, hospital, school, restaurant or correctional facility. A Nutrition & Foodservice Professional (formerly Dietary Manager) works with Registered Dietitians to provide quality nutritional care for patient/residents.
