Course Description: This course provides a foundational understanding of electrical wiring design, installation, and safety practices. Students will learn the basics of wiring design, including the purpose and interpretation of wiring diagrams. Key topics include wire termination techniques, splicing for protection, and the selection of different types of electric and signal cables. The course also covers essential soldering skills, focusing on stranded wire and printed circuit board applications. Through hands-on exercises, students will gain practical experience in electrical wiring and soldering techniques, preparing them for further work in industrial and residential electrical systems.
