Course Description:
Technology Foundations prepare the students for the workplace by ensuring a foundational, college-level understanding of math, data, and reading.

Course Outcome: Upon successful completion of this course, students will demonstrate foundational proficiency in workplace-ready mathematics, data analysis, and reading comprehension at a level suitable for entry-level technical positions. Students will apply mathematical reasoning to solve problems relevant to automotive technology, interpret and analyze data for decision-making, and read and comprehend technical documents, manuals, and instructions accurately. Emphasis will be placed on critical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication to prepare students for success in subsequent automotive courses and the professional workplace.
