Course Description:
Provides instruction in basic electronic devices, testing those devices and electronic circuits. Instruction is provided through lecture, videos, worksheets, demonstration and hands-on exercises.

Design and calculate voltages for a half-wave rectifier.
Design and calculate voltages for a full-wave rectifier.

Design and calculate voltages for a three phase full-wave rectifier.
Identify an IGBT.
Describe input, filter and output sections of a VFD.
