Course Description:
This course prepares students to properly read industrial blue prints and basic principles of print reading. Topics include, line types, orthographic projections, and dimensioning methods.
Student Learning Outcomes:
Students will be able to demonstrate knowledge of:
- Engineering drawings including: basic layout of drawings, types of drawings, notes and dimensions on drawings, purpose of drawing types, drawing elements
- Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T).
